Terms of Service
Version 1.0, effective October 29, 2026
These terms apply to businesses that use DashForFood, the dashboard for restaurants, cafes, bakeries, food trucks, caterers and food brands, and to the people on their teams who sign in to it.
1. Your Account
- You open your own login, then add your restaurants to it. Owners and admins manage who else has access to each restaurant and what each role can do.
- Keep your sign-in private. You're responsible for what's done with your team's accounts.
- Tell us right away if you think someone got into your account who shouldn't have.
2. What You Can Do With It
You can use DashForFood to run your business: orders, your menu and stock, your locations, meal plans, discounts, guests, reviews, messages to your guests, payments, and your website content. Don't use it to break the law, to send messages people haven't agreed to receive, or to get into data that isn't yours.
3. Your Menu and Your Food
What you sell and what you say about it are your responsibility: prices, descriptions, photos, allergen and dietary information, and how food is prepared, stored and handed over. Follow the food safety, labeling and licensing rules where you operate. DashForFood shows what you enter; it doesn't check it.
4. Messages You Send
Texts and emails you send through DashForFood go out under your business's name and, for texts, through your own messaging account connected in Settings. You're responsible for having your guests' consent and for following the texting and telemarketing rules where they live, including quiet hours and opt-outs. The message settings help, but they don't replace your own legal review.
5. Your Data
Your business's data (orders, menu, guests, meal plans, reviews and files) is yours. We store and process it to run the service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can ask us for an export of it anytime.
6. Your Guests' Payments
Payments from your guests go to your own Stripe account. You're responsible for your prices, your terms with your guests, refunds, tips and taxes. We provide the tools; the sale is between you and your guest.
7. Fees
What you pay us, and how, is covered by our Billing Terms.
8. Availability
We work to keep DashForFood running and your data safe. Sometimes things go down for maintenance or reasons outside our control; we'll keep you informed when that happens.
9. Suspension and Closing
We may suspend an account that's past due or that breaks these terms, after telling you why when we can. You can close your account anytime by contacting us; we'll give you an export of your data on request.
10. Changes
We'll tell you before these terms change in a way that matters. The version and date at the top show what's in effect.
